Once upon a time
Picture it. Singers in a semi-circle around a group of musicians going over all the music for a musical. I am crocheting and my friend Anna is cross-stitching. My friend Bob walks over and says "How's it going, Pearl... Mabel".
SINCE WHEN does crafting make you an old lady?! RUDE. And also funny.

Getting so amped up!
I am getting SO EXCITED to post the first ever Crafternoon here at tiny giraffe! I had a pleasant color-surprise in my life last week and I'm just about finished with an installation for you to see. Also, coming up, I will share with you my $8 Habitat Masterpiece. I just got it today, so I'll be sure to take lots of "progress" photos!

New Post, New Life to This Blog
This started as a blog to showcase my art, but now I think it's going to become an overall crafting blog. I'm starting to do a lot more DIY home improvement and decor stuff, so that's the direction this will be taking. Please look for my first new installment soon, and share me with your friends!!!!!!

Not For Sale
Here's a couple of pieces that actually aren't for sale, I'm still working on those :D
This is called "Victoria Marie". One of my best friends is due in July & I made this for her upcoming daughter, Victoria. It is a mixed media (since I used watered down acrylic for watercolor) on acid-free paper. It will be framed sometime in the near future.
AAAAAND, here is Tiny Giraffe Studio's official first logo!
Handpainted by me, acrylic on paper, IKEA frame. :D
Complimentary reflection of me & my phone hahaha.
